Ordering your Wedding Cake
We want your wedding cake experience to be as enjoyable and as easy as possible. We understand
that choosing not only a cake design but also cake flavors, fillings and icing can be an
overwhelming task. That's why we're here to help!
Cake Pricing
To give you an idea of what your cake will cost, please use this simple formula. For buttercream
cakes multiply $2.65 x the estimated number of guests which equals the cost of your cake. For
fondant cakes multiply $3.25 x the estimated number of guest which equals the cost of your cake
covered in fondant icing. For an official price quote, you will need to speak with a Works of Art
Cakes sales associate. Gumpaste and Fondant flowers are made to order and have an additional
charge depending upon quantity and variety.
When to Place Your Order
Planning and placing your wedding cake order months in advance may not be an option for all
brides and we understand this. Ideally, we would like a minimum 3 -4 months notice, but we've
done wedding cakes with as little as two weeks notice. So, don't hesitate to approach us just
because you've waited to the last minute to put in that cake order. We love to make wedding cakes!

through while you enjoy samples of our wedding cake flavors. If you find a picture of a cake in a
magazine or book bring it along, we can replicate most cake designs.

All of our cake flavors, fillings and icings can be found on our menu page. During your initial
consultation you will have the opportunity to taste all of our cake, filling and icing flavors.
Additional wedding cake tastings can be held for a fee of $25.
Guest Count
During your consultation, we ask for an estimated guest count so that we can quote and design a
cake that will meet your needs. We know that many times you may not know exactly how many
guests will be attending and due to this we allow for you to change your guest count accordingly
